1. About these terms
These terms cover use of juvios.com and enquiries about Juvios digital marketing services. By using this website, you agree to these website-use terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
A proposal, statement of work or signed service agreement governs any paid engagement. If it conflicts with these general terms, the agreed service document takes priority for that engagement. Sending an enquiry or booking a free consultation does not create a paid contract.
2. Our services
Juvios provides SEO, Google Ads management, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, social media marketing, website design and email marketing. Deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before work starts.
Recommendations and estimates depend on the information available. Search rankings, advertising approvals, traffic, leads, revenue and other outcomes are affected by factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
3. Client responsibilities
For a service engagement, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed to carry out the agreed work. You must have the right to share and use any content, trademarks, images, customer data or account credentials you supply.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal information through our public enquiry forms. Delays in approvals, access or supplied materials may affect delivery dates and scope.
4. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Prices, currencies, taxes, payment schedules, third-party costs and advertising budgets are set out in your written proposal or service agreement. Media spend, hosting, software and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated.
Cancellation, renewal, termination and refund arrangements are governed by the agreed service terms and applicable law. Contact hello@juvios.com to discuss a cancellation or billing concern. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual property
Website branding, text, graphics and other materials belong to Juvios or their respective owners. You may view them for personal or internal business use, but may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them without permission or a lawful exception.
Ownership and licences for client deliverables, source files, third-party assets and pre-existing tools must be specified in the service agreement. Paying for a service does not by itself transfer rights beyond that agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or other visitors.
- Do not submit spam, fraudulent enquiries or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware or bypass security controls.
- Do not scrape personal information or impersonate another person or business.
7. Third-party services and links
External websites, social networks, advertising platforms and tools have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, decisions or content. Links to external sites, including HeadHunt Pro, do not make these terms a substitute for the terms of those services.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability for a paid engagement is addressed in its service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or any other non-excludable statutory responsibility.
9. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing signed agreement without the agreement or legal basis required.
Please contact hello@juvios.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and the forum for a service dispute should be specified in the signed agreement; mandatory protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
